Shipping
Orders will ship within 5-7 business days for in stock merchandise. If product is not available you will be notified via e-mail. We ship all orders UPS or by common carrier unless otherwise specified by the web customer in the checkout process. Shipments are made weekdays Monday through Friday.
Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it with the original packing receipt within 10 days of the order date. Authorization must be requested within 10 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization number, which will be provided by emailing info@sundialhome.com. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
