Raised in Los Angeles by an artist and entrepreneur, Jamie developed a passion for design early on, influenced by the vibrant entertainment scene of the 70s and 80s. After studying at Parsons School of Design, she met her husband, David Jeter, at San Francisco College of Art. In 1997, they founded Jamie Young Company, blending Jamie’s unique home design vision with David’s deep knowledge of art. For over 27 years, they've created approachable, design-driven pieces inspired by their global travels and Southern California roots, bringing casual elegance to home decor.
